Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within Spain. No hidden conditions or minimum purchase required — just your favourite pieces delivered to your door without complications.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, from Monday to Saturday. Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Spain. We want to ensure we offer the best possible local experience. If we expand to other countries in the future, we will inform our community first.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Write to us at info@kelseyandsincere.com and we will guide you step by step through the process.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has been approved, the refund is usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
